This notice explains how Basecamp Garage Works LLC handles information related to this website and customer communications.

Website visits

This website has no contact forms, customer accounts, or online checkout. Phone and email links open your own calling or email application. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser and network information to deliver the site, operate its services, and protect against abuse. Cloudflare provides traffic statistics and may use necessary security cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Customer information

When you contact us or arrange service, we receive the contact information and service details you provide. We use this information for inquiries, scheduling, estimates, repairs, customer communications, invoicing, payments, and business recordkeeping.

We do not sell customer information or share customer leads with marketing companies. We may share information with necessary service providers, such as payment processors and accounting providers, for legitimate business operations.

Calls and communications

We do not routinely record customer service calls. Occasional business-related conversations may be recorded for documentation when appropriate; recording is not part of our normal customer communication process.

We do not currently operate promotional email or text messaging campaigns. Contacting us does not automatically enroll you in marketing. If we offer promotional emails, maintenance reminders, or service updates as an optional marketing program in the future, we will use appropriate opt-in consent and provide a way to opt out.
